We’re looking for a Trainee Dental Nurse to join our fantastic nursing team at an independent dental practice in Middlesbrough. If you’re looking to start a career in dentistry, this could be a great opportunity to learn, develop and gain valuable experience as part of an experienced clinical team.

The role at a glance

• Full-time – 37.5 hours per week
• Typical shifts: Monday to Friday, between 8:00am–5:30pm, with occasional Saturdays 8:00am–1:00pm and a compensating day off
• Starting rate: National Living Wage
• Private practice offering a welcoming environment for both patients and colleagues
• Join an experienced clinical team of 6
• Modern technology, including digital X-rays and a digital scanner
• On-site parking available
• Good transport links, with regular bus connections

About you

We’d love to receive your application to our Trainee Dental Nurse vacancy if you have the following skills and qualifications:

• Ideally Maths & English GCSE grade A-C/4-9 or Key Skills/Functional Skills Level 2
• Confident communicator with an empathetic, service-focused approach
• Keen to learn how to perform high quality dental nursing whilst assisting each dentist, hygienist or therapist in a wide variety of procedures
