Objetivo del rol:
Apoyar a los procesos asociados a la gestión de su área con el objetivo que se realicen de la manera más eficiente y efectiva posible.
Principales funciones:
- Brindar soporte integral en el control y seguimiento de los tiempos operacionales, identificando oportunidades de mejora y proponiendo soluciones efectivas para optimizar la eficiencia y eficacia en los procesos operativos.
-Brindar soporte para la logística del traslado de equipos a operaciones gestionando de manera adecuada los documentos requeridos.
- Apoyar en el soporte de los procesos administrativos relacionados con el personal de operaciones, asegurando la correcta gestión de los mismos.
- Colaborar activamente en la gestión de los programas de capacitación que ofrece Enaex al personal de operaciones.
- Participar activamente en las capacitaciones y el desarrollo de tareas operativas, así como en el manejo del sistema de iniciación electrónica.
- Apoyar la gestión de proyectos de su área, identificando oportunidades de mejora y proponiendo soluciones efectivas que permitan cumplir con los objetivos establecidos en la generación de valor.
- Desempeñar las tareas asignadas por el supervisor de manera efectiva, siguiendo las instrucciones y los requerimientos establecidos, y asumiendo el liderazgo y la responsabilidad necesarios para relevar las acciones correspondientes cuando sea necesario.
-Realizar reportes periódicos con indicadores clave y estadísticas relevantes, afín de monitorear de manera constante los resultados obtenidos en el area.
Requisitos:
Deseable 6 meses de experiencia en voladura
Egresado o Bachiller en Ingeniería de minas, metalurgia o carreras a finas
Conocimiento en Microsoft Office Intermedio

Enaex consolidated in Brazil in 2015 by acquiring the company Britanite, the largest Brazilian civil explosives manufacturing and commercialization company. Enaex developed outside the region in June 2015, acquiring Davey Bickford, a global leader in the manufacture of electronic detonators and initiation systems, with headquarters in France and subsidiaries in Australia, Canada, Chile, the United States, Mexico and Peru.
In 2020, Sasol Explosives and Enaex started a joint-venture. Therefore, Sasol Explosives became Enaex Africa.
In 2021, Enaex strengthened its presence in Australia by acquiring Downer Blasting Services.
With this, the company develops an international growth plan, aimed at expanding its global presence and enhancing its capabilities to deliver innovative solutions with state-of-the-art technologies.
