As a department, we work on delivering world-class Identity and Access Management services for ING Globally.
As a squad, we continually look for improvement of the provided IAMaaS services, for which we work in close collaboration with the other squads, our colleagues in the Netherlands and the rest of the world functioning as a single point of contact for them.
As a part of Customer Care Specialist you will help design our future customer journeys and optimize existing ones based on your passion for an excellent customer experience, your expertise in front-end or back-end processes, your insights into cost efficiency and your skills in automation techniques.
The role naming convention in the global ING job architecture will be “Intern I”.
