About the Role:
We are looking for an Inbound Customer Service Associate to join our contact center team. You will be responsible for handling incoming calls, addressing customer inquiries, and providing accurate information about our banking products and services. The role requires professionalism, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer experiences.
What You'll Do:
• Handle incoming customer calls promptly and professionally.
• Provide clear and accurate information about banking products and services.
• Resolve customer inquiries, requests, and complaints efficiently.
• Log and route service requests to the appropriate departments.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, data privacy, and information security standards.
What You'll Need:
• UAE National with a Family Book.
• Job location: Ras Al Khaimah.
• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Able to work on rotational shifts and rotational weekends.
