Job Description

Join SAFE's HR team as a co-op trainee and get hands-on exposure to employee services, recruitment support, and day-to-day HR operations, guided by experienced professionals.

- Assist with HR administrative tasks

- Support recruitment and employee services activities

- Help maintain and organize HR records

- Take part in coordinating with employees under supervision

Field of Study:

Human Resources / Business Administration

Co-op Eligibility Criteria:

1. Currently enrolled as a full-time student at an accredited university or college in Saudi Arabia.

2. In the final or second-to-last year of study (per the university's co-op program policy).

3. Holds an official co-op placement / referral letter from the university.

4. Able to commit to the full required training duration (to be confirmed with SAFE, e.g. one semester or 3 months).

5. Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5/4 or 3.5/5.

6. Basic computer skills and communication skills in Arabic and English.
