At our R&D site inMartinsried, Germany, you will have the opportunity to support our research team of highly motivated and dedicated scientists,techniciansand research associates. Together in our team, we develop new and innovative vaccine platforms to induce immune responses specifically tailored to a variety of different pathogens.   • Support the analysis of experimental data usingcomputationaltools and pipelines

  • Assistin the development of computational approaches for protein and antigen characterization,e.g.using protein language models or structure prediction tools

  • Helpmaintainand improvetools,dashboardsand data pipelines for the R&D team

  • Support basic wet-lab and molecular biology work under supervision of experienced scientists, gaining hands-on lab experience

  • Collaborate with research associates,techniciansand scientists from our, as well as from other departments

  • Prepare data and results for discussion with your supervisor and for presentation ingroupmeetings

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s orMaster’sprogram in Bioinformatics, Molecular Biology, LifeSciencesor a related field

  • First experience with Python and standard data science libraries

  • Basic understanding of molecular biology and protein biochemistry

  • First exposure to wet-lab techniques (e.g.protein extraction, PCR, electrophoresis) is a plus

  • Interest in working with protein data,e.g.via protein language models or structure prediction tools

  • Experience with data pipelines, APIs or interactive dashboards is a plus

  • Strong analytical thinking,curiosityand willingness to learn new methods and tools

  • Good organization and communication skills in German and English
