Job Description

 Trainee Building Surveyor opportunity - Full APC Support
London  based  - Hybrid / office working - £25,000  - £35,000 depending on experience, increasing to circa £40,000  - £50,000 post qualification  - after 2-3 years PQE circa - £55,000 - 67,000. (increasing figures are agencies approx.)
Latymer Search is recruiting on behalf of an established reputable City based independent Chartered Surveying practice who specialize in quality professional building surveying work in London and home counties. Their main offering is homebuyers, building surveys, party wall work, dilapidations and other pathology work.
Now a team of around 13 Building Surveyors, they are looking for a trainee Building Surveyor who them can bring through their established training / APC programme. The position will require you to be able to travel and commute to their South Woodford office for training  and also to Liverpool Street.

Ideally you will have competed a RICS relevant degree, currently studying for your SAVA qualification or are a trainee building surveyor in your current position.
