Trainee Boiler Training Officer

Qualifications:

• Grade 12 + Boiler Attendance Certificate
• Valid drivers licence

Experience:

• 3-5 years as a Boiler Operator
• Computer literacy
• Fluent in English (a third language is a plus!)

What Youll Do

• Design, update, and deliver engaging training programs for boiler operators.
• Evaluate trainee performance through assessments and compile professional reports.
• Identify industry training needs and tailor solutions that add real value.
• Actively promote and market training courses, growing both awareness and attendance.
• Maintain training facilities, ensuring equipment and environments meet top standards.
• Stay ahead by keeping up to date with the latest products and developments.
