Full-Time | Travel Required (Local & Cross-Border)

About the Role

As a Training Boiler Officer, you'll develop and deliver technical training on the operation, maintenance, and management of shell boilers and their ancillaries You'll play a critical role in shaping safe boiler operations across Southern Africa. Be ready to travel, lead, and inspire learners while representing a respected industry player.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, compile, and update relevant boiler training materials.

• Present engaging, effective training sessions and evaluate trainees.

• Market and promote boiler training programs to potential clients.

• Assess the needs of boiler operators and tailor training accordingly.

• Maintain training equipment and facilities to high standards.

• Compile assessment reports and ensure compliance with standards.

What You Need

• Grade 12

• Boiler Attendance Certificate

• 3-5 years of experience as a Boiler Operator

• Fluent in English (a third national language is a plus)

• Computer literate

• Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel
