Our Trainee Audiology practitioner role is the perfect entry point for those looking for a career in the Hearcare industry. You will have access to industry leading training, equipment and support.
As a Trainee Audiology practitioner, you will be an integral member of the team and the first point of contact for our customers and once you have completed the relevant training you will be able to perform clinical activities along the customer pathway, your first part of the course will be Wax Removal using microsuction techniques.
Our store
This role is based in Cleveleys with requirements to cover spokes in St Anne's and also Blackpool, so being able to drive and having access to a car is required. The business operated 7 days a week so the team work 6 days one week and 4 days the next. Joanne, the Director manages the rota to allow each person in the team to have 2 days on in a row when they work the 6 days week. Working one day one weekend is a requirement and the next weekend you will be off, so please make sure you are happy with these arrangements before you apply.

While we don’t need you to have a degree or any specific qualifications to enrol on this programme, we do need you to have a few skills to get started here. Firstly, you’ll need to have good written and verbal English skills, so we know you can communicate effectively with our customers and colleagues. You’ll also need to have a keen interest in self-development, desire to further your skills, and then ideally a fluency in use of patient management systems such (but don’t worry if you don’t have that last one).
