This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated Computer Science graduate to join the Visual Hub as a Trainee Developer, supporting our Global Design teams from Bangalore and Gurugram. You will work with creative and technical professionals supporting projects across the UK, USA, Canada, Middle East, APAC and other global regions.

The role will focus on developing interactive real-time applications, digital twins, simulation environments, AR/VR experiences and workflow automation using Unreal Engine, Unity and NVIDIA Omniverse.

We are looking for a curious and methodical individual who combines strong programming fundamentals with an interest in real-time 3D technologies. The successful candidate will learn quickly, communicate clearly, collaborate effectively and deliver solutions with close attention to quality and detail.

Your role

• Support the development and maintenance of real-time 3D applications using Unreal Engine and Unity.
• Create application logic, interactions and user interfaces using Blueprints, C#, Python and basic C++.
• Assist in developing digital twin, simulation and collaborative visualization solutions using NVIDIA Omniverse.
• Support USD-based data pipelines and integration between 3D applications, engineering data, databases and APIs.
• Optimize scenes and assets for performance, scalability and target hardware platforms.
• Participate in debugging, testing, quality reviews and technical documentation.
• Follow creative and technical direction from the Global Design and Visual Hub teams.
• Collaborate with colleagues across multiple locations and contribute to efficient, reusable ways of working.
• Take responsibility for continuous learning and development of new technical skills.
• Complete timesheets accurately and on time.

About you

• Preferred - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Game Development or a related discipline.
• Candidates with relevant academic projects, internships or certifications in real-time 3D, AR/VR, simulation or digital twins will be preferred.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant internship or professional experience.
• Technical Requirements
  • Good understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms and software development fundamentals.
  • Working knowledge of Python and C#, with basic knowledge of C++.
  • Basic knowledge of Unreal Engine, including Blueprints, user interaction, UI development and real-time application workflows.
  • Basic knowledge of Unity development using C# and familiarity with desktop, mobile, web or XR application deployment.
  • Awareness of NVIDIA Omniverse, Universal Scene Description (USD), digital twin concepts and collaborative 3D workflows.
  • Basic understanding of 3D graphics concepts, coordinate systems, materials, textures, lighting, rendering and scene optimization.
  • Familiarity with Git or another version-control system, debugging, testing, APIs and basic database concepts.
  • Exposure to Blender or another 3D content creation tool will be beneficial.
  • Awareness of OpenXR, VR development, cloud platforms or AI/ML integration concepts will be advantageous.
• Communication & Verbal Skills
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Ability to understand technical briefs and communicate progress clearly with Project Managers, designers and developers.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary and geographically distributed teams.
  • Ability to explain technical ideas, challenges and proposed solutions with clarity.
