Your key responsibilities

• Support execution of core Talent, Culture and Learning activities (e.g., surveys, mentoring, learning initiatives);
• Assist in project coordination and stakeholder communication across global teams;
• Help prepare insights, presentations and dashboards for leadership discussions;
• Contribute to ongoing critical organizational change initiatives;
• Learn and gain exposure to strategic people topics including employee listening, capability building and culture transformation.
