About the job

The Trainee – Hub Operations will support the Hyderabad GCC Hub Ops team in delivering seamless operational excellence, driving Centre‑wide engagement, coordinating leadership forums, managing stakeholder interactions, and supporting end‑to‑end execution of Hub‑level activities, events, and communications.
This role demands high ownership, strong coordination skills, and the ability to work across multiple stakeholders in a fast‑paced GCC environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Hub Operations Support

  • Provide day‑to‑day operational support to the Hub Ops team across key initiatives, events, and forums.
  • Maintain centralized documentation, trackers at function level.

2. Stakeholder & Leadership Engagement

  • Support internal stakeholder management across functions within the Hyderabad GCC.
  • Assist in coordinating meetings, leadership connects, Global leaders site visits, immersion sessions, and cross‑functional interactions.
  • Prepare talking points, meeting briefs, and follow‑up actions.

3. Centre Experience & Engagement

  • Assist in planning and executing GCC‑wide engagement activities, culture initiatives, festive celebrations, and employee‑experience touchpoints.
  • Work closely with ReWx, P&C and functional SPOCs to ensure smooth delivery of Hub events and programs.

4. External & Ecosystem Connects

  • Support coordination for external industry interactions and visiting delegations.
  • Help curate agendas, logistics, and communication for campus visits, external immersions, and partner engagements.

5. Communication & Content Support

  • Assist in designing presentations, reports, newsletters, and internal communication materials.
  • Help maintain the Hub Ops content repository, templates, trackers and archival records.
  • Draft high‑quality PowerPoint presentations for leadership reviews and external interactions.

6. Research & Insights

  • Conduct basic research to benchmark GCC practices, centre engagement trends, and external best practices.
  • Support data collation for surveys, dashboards, and Hub Ops insights.

Skills Required

  • Strong proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel (must‑have).
  • Excellent communication, coordination and stakeholder‑management skills.
  • Ability to work with high attention to detail while managing multiple priorities.
  • Strong planning, organizing and follow‑through abilities.
  • Curiosity, learning agility, and openness to working across diverse activities.
  • Basic project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in: Business AdministrationCommunicationsOperations ManagementProject ManagementHuman Resources or related fields
  • Prior internship experience in administrative, operations, PMO, content, or communications roles preferred.
