Contributing to Asset Life Management (ALM) projects by developing engineering concepts, liaising with suppliers, and ensuring compliance with Design-for-Quality (DfQ) processes
Addressing obsolescence issues by assessing fit, form, and function, and delivering necessary engineering documentation
Resolving safety and reliability issues through root cause analysis, containment actions, and fleet modifications
Collaborating on R&D initiatives, from concept development to delivering engineering outputs and compliance documentation
Capturing and sharing Return on Experience to enhance organizational learning

Bilingualism
Proficiency in French and English is required. Knowledge of a third language is considered an asset when working with our international partners, suppliers, colleagues, and customers. In Quebec, French remains the primary working language of our company.
