Your Future Role
As a Project Engineering Manager (PrEM), you will be the engineering representative within the project core team, leading and coordinating cross-functional train development activities to ensure successful delivery against Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) commitments.
You will manage engineering activities throughout the project lifecycle, acting as the technical authority and key interface for customers and stakeholders. Working closely with Project Managers, Engineering teams, Procurement, Industrialization, Services, and Product Platforms, you will drive technical excellence while promoting Alstom's values of Team, Trust & Action
