Job Description

**

The Train Presentation Deputy assists in ensuring the immaculate cleanliness, functionality, and aesthetic presentation of all rolling stock within Arriva Traincare, contributing to a high-quality passenger experience.

Job Responsibilities**

* Supervise and train presentation staff in their daily duties, ensuring adherence to company standards and safety regulations.
* Conduct regular inspections of train interiors and exteriors to identify maintenance, cleaning, and repair requirements.
* Manage stock levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and efficient use.
* Implement and monitor quality control procedures for train presentation, identifying areas for improvement.
* Assist in the development and implementation of new cleaning techniques and presentation standards.
* Prepare reports on cleaning schedules, staff performance, and presentation quality.
* Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations relevant to train presentation activities.

Job Qualifications**

* Proven experience in a supervisory role within a cleaning, facilities management, or similar operational environment, preferably within the transportation sector.
* Strong understanding of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
* Basic IT proficiency for reporting and scheduling purposes.
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations pertinent to railway operations and cleaning practices.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required by operational demands.
