TRA is hiring a full-time Trailer Technician for our Lowell shop. This is a hands-on opportunity to break into the diesel and trailer repair industry with full training and mentorship. Welding and fabrication experience required.
🔧 What You’ll Do in Your First 90 Days
- Learn how to inspect, repair, and document trailer repairs
- Assist in lighting, wiring, brake replacement, and door repairs
- Shadow skilled welders and insulation techs
- Master shop safety, tools, and repair documentation standards
🔍 Minimum Requirements to Apply
- Mechanical aptitude or vocational/tech school background
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Able to lift 50+ lbs and work in active shop environments
- Positive attitude, coachable, reliable
