Diagnose and Repair:Perform inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on trailers, including brakes, electrical systems, suspension, and structural components.
Maintenance:Conduct routine maintenance and servicing, ensuring trailers are compliant with safety regulations and industry standards.
Customer Service:Communicate effectively with customers to explain repairs, answer questions, and provide recommendations.
Documentation:Maintainaccuraterecords of services performed, parts used, and repairs completed.
Collaboration:Work closely with other technicians and staff to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service.
Safety Compliance:Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintaina safe work environment.
Continuous Learning:Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and repair techniques.
SkillsandQualifications
Education:High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in automotive or diesel technology is a plus.
Certifications:Relevant certifications (e.g., ASE, OEM certifications) are preferred but not mandatory.
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
Proficiencywith hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
