Description:
Are you the kind of person who finds peace in the details? We’re looking for a Traffic/Media Coordinator at WJHG who can be the heartbeat of our operations, the person who ensures every advertiser's message hits the right screen at the exact right time. This role is the bridge between our sales team, our clients, and the technology that powers our multi-platform delivery.
Duties/Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Master the flow: Secure and input traffic instructions for advertisers across multiple stations with surgical precision.
- Own the software: Use Wide Orbit traffic software to enter detailed copy information and maintain our spot library.
- Bridge the gap: Work closely with local account executives and clients to ensure every campaign is executed flawlessly and professionally.
- Guard the log: Proactively notify the team of missing instructions and preempt spots when necessary to keep our broadcasts clean and compliant.
- Drive efficiency: Create and send dub and purge lists to Master Control, routinely cleaning up expired spots to keep our systems lean.
- Manage the media: Download spots from FTP sites and upload them to the GTV folder, ensuring our digital and broadcast content is exactly where it needs to be.
- Close the loop: Finalize logs and send daily email confirmations to keep the entire station synchronized.
