Job Description

Key Responsibilities

TRO Coordination & Delivery:

  • Support the end-to-end lifecycle of Traffic Regulation Orders (TROs)

  • Coordinate with UK-based teams to ensure compliance and timely delivery

Technical Interpretation:

  • Interpret maps, drawings, and technical highway plans

  • Validate accuracy of TRO inputs

Stakeholder Coordination:

  • Collaborate with engineers, legal teams, and project managers in the UK

  • Support communication and documentation workflows

Documentation & Compliance:

  • Prepare documentation for legal drafting and consultations

  • Maintain accurate records aligned with UK regulations

Process & Quality Assurance:

  • Review TRO documentation for compliance

  • Improve workflows and templates

Operational Support:

  • Coordinate meetings and support TRO Managers

Responsibilities

  • Quality checks of data and drawing outputs;

  • Take ownership of tasks assigned and search for solutions where required;

  • Zeal to grow self and dedication towards working independently/ with minimal guidance where required;

  • Ensure that Health & Safety is embedded into all work practices in line with company policies;

  • Clear communication (verbal and written) with colleagues in India and the UK on all matters – project related technical communication and day-to-day matters;

  • Work within project constraints; such as time, budget and resource; and

  • Attend and contribute in team and project meetings;

  • Complete accurate timesheets by set deadline.

Key Competencies/ Skills

Mandatory Skills

Essential skills

  • Strong ability to read and interpret maps, plans, and technical drawings (desirable not mandatory)

  • Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (UK-facing role)

  • Ability to work independently and manage deadlines in a remote/global setup

  • Proficiency in MS Office and digital mapping tools (e.g., GIS platforms) · Candidates from diverse academic backgrounds, including Geography, English, Engineering, Legal or any discipline with strong analytical and communication skills

Qualifications

Qualifications required

  • Diploma/ bachelor’s degree

  • Geography / English (Preferred)

Years of experience

Minimum 1.5- 2 years of experience
