Job Description

The Traffic Coordinator is responsible for the scheduling of commercial and residential cooler deliveries using less than truckload and truck load carriers. These shipments will be coordinated with our Sales and Customer Service Departments.

Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be

assigned.

• Communicate and work closely with Customer Service regarding scheduling of shipments to the customer.
• Partner with carriers assigned to you in order to address problems and/or solutions on freight issues.
• Diagraming shipments using Cube IQ.
• Providing freight quotes to customer service.
• Regular and reliable attendance in the office is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required.

• One or more years of related experience required.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Exceptional organization and time management skills.
