The Opportunity:

We are looking for a Traffic Coordinator to support the execution and delivery of integrated marketing initiatives across paid media, creative, and growth channels. This role is responsible for coordinating timelines, managing workflows, organizing creative files and ensuring projects move efficiently from briefing through to launch.

Working closely with cross-functional teams, the Traffic Coordinator helps maintain clarity, organization, and momentum across all active projects.

Responsibilities:

Project Coordination & Workflow Management

  • Support the day-to-day coordination of integrated marketing projects across paid media, creative, and growth
  • Manage timelines, track deliverables, and ensure deadlines are met
  • Maintain project trackers and workflow systems (e.g., Asana, Monday, etc.)
  • Flag risks, delays, or gaps in timelines to the Head of Integrated Growth

Briefing & Asset Management

  • Assist in gathering and organizing project briefs and requirements
  • Independently manage the creative catalogue to support growing paid media needs
  • Coordinate asset delivery across teams (creative, media, external partners)
  • Ensure all assets are complete, and delivered on time

Cross-Functional Communication

  • Act as a central point of coordination between internal teams and external partners
  • Support status updates and help keep stakeholders aligned on timelines and deliverables
  • Document meeting notes and next steps

Campaign Support

  • Assist in preparing campaigns for launch (ensuring assets, links, and details are in place)
  • Help QA deliverables prior to launch
  • Support post-launch organization and documentation

Role Details:

  • Location: This role requires you to be in the office (East Room located at 507 King East, Toronto, Ontario) 4 days a week - preferably Monday - Thursday.
  • Salary: The anticipated base salary range for this position is $55-65K. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location.

Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, project coordination, or a similar role
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Clear communicator with strong follow-up skills
  • Familiarity with project management tools (Monday, Google Drive, DropBox, etc.) is an asset

  • Issues are identified early and communicated clearly
