Green Mtn. Concert Services, Inc. (GMCS) is a Northeast based company that provides best-of-class security solutions including: event security & crowd management; commercial patrols and protection; corporate risk management; and higher education event planning and consulting. Our Event Services Division provides solutions for any type and size of event with capabilities to handle; planning and management, security services, site production, admissions and parking. We also provide in-house or on-site beginner through advanced training in security, first aide & CPR, and production coordination and control.
Founded in 1995, GMCS cut its teeth providing Crowd Management at the Memorial Auditorium and Flynn Theater in Burlington, VT and at the Grateful Dead Highgate shows in 1994 and 1995 when 60,000 + people marched into a town of 3,397. After almost 20 years, GMCS security directors, event and production managers, and training staff have developed their skills in every type of venue and for every type of event.
