Job Description

On behalf of our client, a leading financial services company, we are looking for a Trading SysOps Officer to join the team — someone who understands how trading operations work and has the technical depth to keep the platforms behind them running smoothly. You'll sit between the trading desk and the systems that support it, handling execution, account configuration, and platform performance day to day.

What you'll do:

• Execute trades promptly and accurately, in line with company policy and client instructions

• Configure and manage trading accounts, monitor system performance, and support platform operations across MT4/MT5 Manager, cTrader, and TraderEvolution

• Handle platform inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support to internal teams and clients

• Produce daily, weekly, and monthly reporting on trading activity and key operational metrics

• Work alongside the wider team to keep trading strategies and operational tasks running smoothly

• Proactively spot and resolve discrepancies across trading accounts, positions, and margin calls

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policy

• Safeguard the confidentiality and security of client data and financial information

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in the financial industry and/or financial markets

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or relevant

• Strong knowledge of MT4/MT5 Manager, cTrader, and TraderEvolution

• Experience in bridge configuration and monitoring experience, as well as plugin service configuration and monitoring

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint software

• Experience in risk management with demonstrated capabilities

• Flexibility to work in shifts (Day/Middle/Night until 10 PM)
