Job Description

Accountablities :

1. 1. Contract Support : Prepare and verify sales & purchase contracts done by BBS in coordination with Traders. Ensure accuracy of pricing, volume, specifications, and contract terms before execution. Maintain up-to-date contract records in SAP and shared folders.
2. SAP Data Entry & System Accuracy, ensuring complete data alignment between SAP, contract documents, and logistics records. Support troubleshooting on SAP trading end exetion and system errors.
3. Delivery/shipment Coordination & Documentation. Lead the Coordination with Logistics and Operations on shipment schedules, delivery/vessel planning, and loading/discharge details. Prepare delivery/shipping documents checklist and SAP EP creatation, etc. Track shipment status and update Traders daily.
4. By-Product Sales Support. Assist in customer communication when needed (documents, specs, DOs).
5. Cross-functional Coordination. Liaise with Plant, Execution, Logistics, Sustainability, and Traders to ensure smooth operations. Support RSPO & sustainability document preparation and traceability checks. Assist in addressing audits, internal queries, and external requests.

Requiremet :

1. Bachelor’s degree or above
2. Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
3. Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
4. Good communication across departments (Trader, Execution, Plant, Logistics).
5. Proactive problem-solving ability.
6. Team player with strong accountability.
7. Strong proficiency in SAP.
8. Good understanding of contract and trading documentation.
9. Basic market knowledge of Palm / Lauric / by-product supply chain
10. High accuracy in data entry and document handling.
11. Proficiency in Excel (pivot table, vlookup, basic formulas).
