You are a strategic thinker passionate about driving solutions in trading services. You have found the right team.
As an Associate in Trading Services, you will provide end-to-end Trade Support coverage for T/CIO, with primary accountability for same-day (T0) / Overnight / Tomorrow-Next trade processing and rapid issue resolution to prevent settlement fails, particularly given high notional ticket sizes and tight market cut-offs.
Job Responsibilities:
Monitor exceptions across Front Office, Back Office, risk, and processing systems to ensure trades are actionable, processed correctly, and settle on time, escalating promptly where required.
Deliver real-time troubleshooting and trade execution support by actively monitoring Front Office/Technology/stakeholder channels and taking immediate action to resolve issues, reflecting the T0/overnight nature of trading.
Monitor Risk Management Systems to ensure all trades are captured in Risk by End of Day (EOD) and investigate and report any capture gaps.
Produce the T+1 blotter, perform trade check-out, and manage trade lifecycle events (amends/cancels, resets/rolls where applicable) to ensure accurate downstream processing.
Review reconciliation outputs and partner with relevant teams to resolve aged and high-risk breaks, driving ownership through to closure.
Maintain reference data by setting up and updating books and counterparties to support accurate booking, confirmations, and settlement processing.
Perform BAU regulatory controls aligned to requirements (e.g., CFTC, EMIR, MiFID, SFTR), ensuring checks are completed and exceptions are addressed or escalated within timelines. Produce and maintain daily/weekly/monthly MIS and KPI reporting to provide visibility into exceptions, risks, volumes, and aged items.
Act as a Trade Support SME for change initiatives by providing requirements/input, participating in UAT, and supporting implementation to ensure a smooth transition into BAU.
Collaborate with Projects/PMO teams to support timely milestone delivery and operational readiness.
Partner with Portfolio Managers (Front Office), Business Management, Reference Data, Back Office, Technology, and PMO on BAU and ad hoc requests to ensure clear ownership and fast turnaround.
