Job Description

As a Trading Services Analyst, you'll serve as a vital resource for the client and internal stakeholders. You'll act as the liaison between the business, technology, control partners, and clients. Your role includes the investigation of inquiries, monitoring trade execution flows, trade reconciliations, and the fundamental understanding of our trading platforms and systems. Candidates must be able to provide and communicate solutions (in person, by phone, and by email) in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

In this role you will be facing different challenges such as:

  • Out of the box thinking for resolving daily queries from our many stakeholders from the business, including clients as well!
  • Performing daily analytical activities where you will put to practice your knowledge, skills and independent thinking.
  • Strong partnership with key stakeholder, finding ways to collaborate together.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide end-to-end process support.
  • Develop a strong understanding of end-to-end process flows, including system linkages, and proactively identify opportunities to improve and streamline processes.

  • Consistently meet timelines and service standards with a strong client-centric focus.
  • Execute and evidence all required controls accurately and on time, maintaining a strong risk and control mindset.
  • Drive continuous improvement to reduce risk and enhance efficiency across the trade lifecycle.
  • Manage, escalate, and resolve inquiries and issues in a timely manner, partnering with the client, Technology, and the Business as needed.
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives that strengthen processes, systems, and overall business architecture.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of trading structures from both financial and operational perspectives.

Qualifications:

  • Strong team player with the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  • High level of accountability and ownership, ensuring issues are followed through to resolution
  • University graduate or actively pursuing a degree.
  • Attention to detail with superior written, verbal, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
