Job Description

The Trading team are experts in commercial trading across both agencies and direct clients and sits within the heart of the GBS Enterprise for EUI. We collaborate with all areas of TikTok, enabling our deep expertise in driving commercial strategy and priorities through optimal trading agreements with our key agency partners; driving mutual growth and outcomes.

Local market trading leaders sit in local markets and report to the Head of Trading based in London. The EUI trading manager will be located in London and work with the trading team with core responsibilities reporting to the head of trading. The role heavily focusses on project management, execution of trading deals in addition to management of data analysis/reporting and operational rigour to ensure the trading team can operate effectively at the highest level.

Responsibilities

- Contribute to success of the trading team, enable efficiency and support strategic development and execution of agency trading & client deals by managing and evolving overall reporting capabilities.

- Management of team meetings & offsites with strategic overview and project management of key weekly priorities and longer term projects.

- Responsible for revenue and deal data analysis for EUI level and own BI development and production of all reporting requirements.

- Driving communication flow of key topics and projects from central trading to the local market leads and be responsible for documentation and timeframe management of key priorities.

- Develop and drive internal trading communication and materials to the wider GBS business and stakeholders.

- Partner with cross-functional teams and drive operational processes to project manage contracts, budget processes and systems development requirements. (MSO, Legal, Finance, GBM, Measurement and global stakeholders).

- Provide support to EUI Head of Trading on client meeting materials and documentation and ad hoc requests as required.
