The employee will ensure the correct and timely completion of data / information in the operating system, will constantly communicate with members of other Expeditors offices, Tradewin, while offering exceptional support and assistance to our Customer Service departments.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Ensuring a continuous and correct flow of data, respecting the company's procedures.
• Timely and correct entry of data in the operating system, with great attention to detail.
• Tracking the status of the activity within the department and completing the new information in the system, ensuring their permanent updating in order to offer visibility to the clients and the Expeditors network.
• Ensuring a good collaboration with the clients by offering permanent solutions to their requests.
• Information processing only in accordance with Expeditors rules. These include all applicable internal policies, procedures contained in the Operations Manual (PAHO), as well as external government regulations, customer policies and their needs.
• Full understanding of the operational flow of the department and continuous attempt to improve problem areas.
• Following the clients' manuals (SOP, instructions) and carrying out the activity according to the instructions related to the requirements of each client.
• Ensuring the achievement of the performance indicators established within the company.
• Immediately inform managers of issues that require assistance and support.
• Guarantees the observance of the quality standards specific to the company and the industry.
• Respect the confidentiality of the data and the company's policies regarding this aspect.
• Compliance with Performance Indicators (KPIs) within Expeditors.
• Checking the accuracy of the managed documents and ensuring the compliance of the regulations according to the Expeditors policy
• Maintaining complete and accurate records of client projects
• Participate in the development and continuous improvement of Tradewin products
• Professional communication with internal and external clients
• Providing support and supervision for Tradewin team members based within the Bucharest Service Center
