The Role

We’re looking for a qualified and safety-conscious Electrician to join our Maintenance team in a 2-year Fixed Term role. Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll carry out both preventative and reactive maintenance on a variety of fixed and portable equipment across our network.

This position is based at our Kwinana Grain Terminal.

Roster Monday to Friday. Shift when required.

Responsibilities include:

  • Carrying out preventative and corrective maintenance and repairs to bulk handling equipment, including elevators, conveyors, fixed and portable machinery
  • Diagnosing and fault-finding PLC-controlled equipment, which includes elevators and conveyors, trippers, and dust systems
  • Complete basic administrative tasks that are aligned to the maintenance function
  • Interpreting electrical schematics and genset powered assets

About You:

  • Holds a current WA Electrical Workers Licence and an unrestricted Drivers Licence
  • Current hazardous area installation certification (Essential)
  • High Risk licences (highly desired)
  • Ability to work in high grain dust concentrations
  • Experience navigating computerised maintenance systems
  • SAP experience (desirable)
