Trades Assistant – Maroochydore GWM & Renault

Maroochydore GWM & Renault is looking for a motivated and reliable Trades Assistant to join our growing service team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, has an interest in the automotive industry, and wants to build a long-term career within a supportive dealership environment. Previous experience is preferred; however, full training will be provided for the right candidate with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

About the Role

In this role, you will support our workshop team with a variety of duties including:

• 
  Assisting technicians with mechanical repairs and servicing
• 
  Fitting vehicle accessories and aftermarket products
• 
  Vehicle pre-delivery preparation
• 
  Maintaining workshop cleanliness and organisation
• 
  Assisting with moving vehicles and general workshop duties
• 
  Supporting the team to ensure efficient workshop operations

About You

To be successful in this role you will:

• 
  Have a strong work ethic and positive attitude
• 
  Be reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
• 
  Enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment
• 
  Have good attention to detail
• 
  Hold a current manual driver’s licence (preferred)
• 
  Have previous automotive or mechanical experience (preferred but not essential)
