At Magnet, we're looking for a ambitious Store Service Manager who is driven to inspire both their teams and their customers. What’s Involved?

You will be based in our Beckenham store, working closely as part of a fast paced, sales driven and motivated team. You will be an asset to the team, helping to drive sales, meet targets and collaborate on exciting projects. This role is going to take a lead on the trade side of the store, so building strong trade relationships and supporting with accurate stock management is a priority.

As a Store Service Manager growth will be a focus and will be achieved by supporting driving process, looking at cost efficiencies and applying an ethos of accuracy and compliance. You will assist the team by been involved in any change initiatives, ongoing projects, coaching and supporting both new and existing colleagues. You’ll also work closely with all our customers, delivering amazing customer service and dealing with any of the issues they might have effectively.

  • Flexibility around working hours

  • A full driving license
