The Trade Show Marketing Lead is a mid-level role that will work closely with the Trade Show Director to plan, coordinate, and execute trade shows and events, with primary responsibility for domestic trade shows with 10x10 and 10x20 exhibits, including systems/avionics/power shows. The ideal candidate will bring 3–5 years of experience in events, marketing, or trade show coordination and will be comfortable owning end-to-end execution for smaller shows, while supporting strategy, KPI tracking, and post-show analysis for the broader portfolio. This position offers an opportunity to contribute both operationally and strategically to the success of the trade show program and may include occasional international travel for larger shows.

The base pay range for this position is $89,000 - $118,000. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on July 17th, 2026.
