An exciting opportunity has opened up for a Trade Sales Support role following an internal move, with a team member taking on a new challenge in another department. In this position, you will support our sales team, manage customer inquiries, and ensure smooth order processing. We are looking for an enthusiastic and persuasive communicator who excels in phone-based interactions to join our Albany team.

What you’ll be doing:

• Handling inbound enquiries and converting them into sales.
• Growing sales through upselling products, sharing promotions and encouraging repeat business
• Providing rep support
• Entering customer orders & drawing up quotes for customers and account managers
• Purchasing goods to complete orders when required

What we’re looking for:

• A confident communicator – you love talking to people and building relationships
• A great attitude – you’re proactive and love solving problems
• Sales experience is a plus, but if you’re hungry to learn, we’ll teach you the ropes!
• Strong computer skills
• Previous exposure to tradies and their industries would be ideal
