Glass Outlet is recognised Australia-wide as a leading wholesale supplier of glass, aluminium fencing, balustrading, screening, shower screens and associated products.

We are seeking a customer-focused Trade Sales Representative to provide product advice, build strong customer relationships and drive sales growth.

About the Role

You will support trade customers with product selection, quotes, orders and project enquiries. You will also maintain relationships with existing customers, identify new business opportunities and contribute to branch sales performance.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting walk-in trade customers with product advice, pricing, quotes and orders.
• Following up enquiries and quotes to convert opportunities into sales.
• Building strong relationships with builders, contractors, installers and fabricators.
• Maintaining regular contact with existing customers to support their projects and identify further sales opportunities.
• Identifying and developing new trade accounts.
• Processing customer orders accurately and working with warehouse and logistics teams to coordinate fulfilment and delivery.
• Developing strong product knowledge and supporting promotions and product launches.
• Contributing to branch sales targets, sharing customer feedback and recommending improvements to sales and customer service processes.

About You

• You will bring a customer-focused approach, strong communication skills and confidence in building relationships.
• We are interested in candidates with experience in trade sales, customer service, building products, construction, manufacturing, warehousing or distribution.
• You will ideally have:
• The ability to understand customer needs and provide practical product solutions.
• Confidence preparing quotes, following up enquiries and identifying sales opportunities.
• Strong attention to detail when handling pricing, orders and customer information.
• The ability to manage competing priorities and respond promptly to customers.
• A collaborative approach to working with sales, warehouse and operations teams.
• A willingness to develop your knowledge of Glass Outlet’s product range.
