What The Position is About:

• Lead a team of Trade Account Managers to achieve sales targets and increase revenue
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members to optimize performance, foster a high-performing culture, and support long-term talent development
• Recruit, hire, and train the sales roster while developing succession plans and strategies for team growth
• Develop and execute strategic initiatives to support company objectives, increase market share, and expand the customer base
• Establish sales quotas, goals, and KPIs, using data-driven insights to monitor performance and optimize results
• Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and emerging opportunities to identify areas for growth and adjust strategies accordingly
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, service, HR, finance, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and operational excellence
• Oversee pricing, margin, and profitability strategies while developing processes that drive consistency and efficiency
• Maintain visibility in the field through ride-alongs, showroom visits, job sites, contractor meetings, and industry events

The Right Candidate Will Have:

• B2B sales leadership experience working with contractors in the building materials industry
• Window and door experience is a plus
