Our Petone team is committed to delivering exceptional customer service and building strong, long-term relationships with our customers. We're looking for an energetic and customer-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being part of a supportive and collaborative team.
This is a full-time role working 42 hours per week, Tuesday to Saturday, with the following hours:
Tuesday to Friday: 7:30am – 5:00pm
Saturday: 8:30am – 3:00pm
Reporting to the Assistant Manager, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, solving problems and being part of a busy trade-focused environment.
Are you an experienced salesperson who loves helping customers find what they need for the job they're doing? Having knowledge of PPE, hardware, engineering supplies, tools or workwear will be a definite advantage.
This isn't your standard sales role! It's varied, hands-on and rewarding, with a mix of customer service, sales, store operations, stock management and some manual handling.
