  • You provide essential support for trade spend management by tracking budgets, accruals, and actuals, assisting with month-end closing, and contributing to forecasting of promotional spend and volumes. You maintain data integrity across TPM, Sequoya, and financial systems, support system updates and enhancement testing, and document analytical processes for continuity. Through regular collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain, you help ensure promotional setup, evaluation, financial alignment, and volume insights consistently inform planning and operational decisions.

You bring strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and deliver clear insights, with exposure to Trade Promotion Management (TPM) systems such as Adesso or Vistex and optimization tools like Sequoya. Familiarity with BI tools including Power BI or Tableau further supports your reporting and visualization capabilities.
  • You have a Bachelor's Degree/ Vocational Education in Business Administration, Sales, Finance, Data Analytics or equivalent.
  • You're an excellent communicator, clear and confident in presenting analytical insights in a way that’s easy for non‑technical stakeholders to understand. You are a self‑starter who quickly onboards, works independently, and manages multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Throughout this contract period, you ensure continuity, accuracy, and insight‑driven support by bringing strong analytical discipline and a proactive approach to every task.
