Our portfolio includes iconic pizzas, global flavors, and timeless desserts from brands like Red Baron®, bibigo®, Tony’s®, Big Daddy’s®, Freschetta®, Pagoda®, Edwards® and Mrs. Smith’s®. Enjoyed in homes, schools, restaurants and just about everywhere people shop and eat, our products reflect a commitment to quality, innovation, and the power of food to bring people together.

Join our team as a Trade Pricing Analyst, where you’ll help shape customer pricing strategies, optimize trade investments, and drive profitable growth across key channels and customers. Partnering with Sales, Customer Planning, and Marketing, you’ll use financial analysis, competitive insights, and promotional performance data to identify opportunities, strengthen customer strategies, and maximize sales and profitability.

Bring your analytical expertise and commercial mindset to a role where your insights help shape customer strategies, improve investment decisions, and deliver measurable business results. You’ll work across teams, influence key decisions, and contribute directly to profitable growth.

What You Will Do:

  • Develop Pricing & Trade Strategies: Support annual customer and channel pricing, trade, and volume plans by analyzing profitability, costs, competitive activity, market trends, and customer performance to drive profitable growth.
  • Manage Trade Investments: Develop, track, and optimize trade spending, promotional investments, and customer trade funds to maximize ROI while achieving volume and profitability objectives.
  • Support Contract & Customer Decisions: Evaluate customer contract pricing and trade program opportunities, preparing recommendations that balance competitiveness, profitability, and long-term customer relationships.
  • Turn Insights into Action: Monitor customer sales, volume, profitability, and trade performance to identify risks and opportunities, recommending actions that improve business results.
  • Partner Across Functions: Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Planning, brokers, distributors, and other stakeholders to develop customer programs, promotional plans, and sales support materials.
  • Deliver Business Insights: Create reporting, presentations, and customer analyses that provide actionable insights, support decision-making, and strengthen customer relationships.
  • Present Recommendations to Leadership: Develop and present pricing and trade program recommendations to Revenue Growth Management leadership, incorporating customer insights, financial impacts, and business considerations.
  • Serve as a Pricing & Trade Expert: Provide guidance and support on pricing structures, trade programs, contracts, and customer profitability while ensuring consistent application of company policies and financial objectives.

What We Look For:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) and 5+ years of experience as an Analyst or Finance focused role
  • Strong analytical and financial skills, with experience evaluating pricing, trade investments, promotions, and profitability.
  • Knowledge of trade optimization, trade spending policies, and pricing strategies.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • MS Office Suite experience, including Excel and PowerPoint.

What We Offer:

The base salary range for this position is $68,000 to $113,000 annually, with eligibility for a 10% annual incentive bonus based on organizational performance. The range reflects factors such as experience, skills, education, certifications, and location, and starting salary may fall anywhere within the stated range.
