About the role

We are looking for a senior business finance professional to own sales planning, forecasting and insight, and to actively shape commercial decisions at country level. This role operates at the heart of decision‑making, translating complex performance data, trade activity and macroeconomic trends into clear, recommendation‑led insights for senior leadership.

You will take end‑to‑end ownership of sales plans and forecasts across multiple time horizons, evaluate trade and promotional investments, influence key commercial decisions, and partner closely with Trade, Customer and Leadership teams.

You will be responsible for

  • Take full ownership of countrylevel sales plans and forecasts across daily, weekly, periodic and annual horizons
  • Integrate trade plans, category strategies, customer behaviour and macroeconomic drivers into a coherent outlook
  • Provide clear, recommendationled insight to senior leadership, including risks and scenarios
  • Act as a trusted finance partner to senior business stakeholders


You will need

Experience:

  • 5-8 years of relevant experience in trade finance, commercial finance or similar roles
  • Strong experience working in complex, datarich enterprise environments
  • Proven senior stakeholder management capability
  • Track record of shaping, not just supporting, commercial decisions

Skills:

  • Outstanding analytical capability combined with strategic "big picture" thinking
  • Deep system and data fluency
  • Strong judgement and decision framing skills
  • Ability to operate confidently with ambiguity and complexity
  • Ability to work under pressure and deadlines

Monthly gross salary: from 3500 EUR
