About the Role
As a Trade Operations & Liquidity Specialist, you’ll be at the forefront of trade operations, liquidity management, and reconciliation processes. Your expertise will help streamline execution, mitigate risks, and support our client’s mission to lead in the crypto space.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform detailed reviews of trade execution data across markets to identify discrepancies, errors, or compliance issues.
Investigate and resolve trade discrepancies by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Ensure all trading activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Identify and implement opportunities to improve trade execution processes and controls.
Develop a comprehensive understanding of our client’s crypto products and services.
Use expertise in trade execution data to detect deviations and potential risks.
Participate in liquidity provisioning to maintain sufficient market depth and efficient trade execution.
Support settlement operations and contribute to accurate and timely trade reconciliations.
Prepare detailed reports on trade audit findings and operational insights.
Stay updated on evolving crypto regulations and industry standards.
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in trade operations, settlement, or a related role, preferably with exposure to crypto markets.
Strong understanding of liquidity management and risk mitigation strategies.
Demonstrated interest in and knowledge of the crypto industry.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques is a plus.

Work Environment:
40 hours/week: Monday to Friday.
Hybrid setup: 3 days in the office, 2 days remote.
