ABOUT THE POSITION
As our Trade Marketing Specialist in Poland, you will join our European Marketing team and report to the Trade Marketing Manager based in the Czech Republic. In a context ofstrong growthin Poland — with new partner stores, outletexpansionand e-commerce development — your role will be key in strengthening our local execution and building a more impactful presence on the ground.
You willoperateat the intersection of sales,retailand marketing, working closely with local Sales teams, key wholesaleaccountsand internal stakeholders across Europe. Your responsibility will be to translate global plans into relevant, well-executed local activations.
This is astronglyexecution-focused role. You will be directly involved in bringing campaigns and store activations to life in the market, rather than defining global brand strategy.
A key part of your role will also be to support the expansion of our partner store network, contributing to new store openings from early planning stages to full launch execution.
You will act as the go-to marketing contact for Poland, bringing local insights, ensuring languageaccuracyand helping the brand connect more effectively with the local market.
HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE DIFFERENCE
Plan,coordinateande xecute trade marketing campaigns across wholesale accounts and partner stores, in line with brand guidelines and marketing calendar
Take ownership of partner store openings, from early planning to launch:
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners
Contribute to store layout, visualmerchandisingand in-store assets
Build and execute 360° opening plans (social media, events, influencers, local activations)
Act as the go-to person for the Polish market:
Bring local insights to brand marketing,PRand influencer activations
Ensure language accuracy and cultural relevance of marketing content
Work closely withlocalsales teamduring sell-in seasontosupport marketing strategy of the brand with wholesale accounts
Build strong relationships with key accounts and support their marketing activations
Coordinate across multiple stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Retail, partners) and ensure alignment
Participate in local events and activations to strengthen brand visibility on the ground
Use available data and insights to support decisions and improve execution
YOU ARE
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment where priorities can shift
Able to manage multiple projects end-to-end, witha strong senseof ownership
At ease navigating between different stakeholders, with the ability to challenge when needed whilemaintainingstrong relationships
Hands-on and pragmatic — you enjoy being close to execution, not only strategy
Curious about the market,trendsand consumerbehaviourin Poland
Structured and able to bring clarity and consistency to your projects
Independent, while knowing when to align and ask for support
YOU HAVE
Around 2–3 years of experience in trade marketing, retail marketing, in-storemarketingor a related field
Experience in sportswear, outdoor, fashion or retail environments is a strong plus
A good understanding of how retail and wholesale environments operate
Solid project management skills and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders
A pragmatic, data-informed mindset (comfortable using data to support decisions — basic Excel skills expected)
Fluency in Polish and English
Willingness to travel regularly across Poland
Ideally based in Warsaw or within commuting distance
