Trade Marketing Specialist
We are looking for a Trade Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing Department in Urgench
What we expect:
- activate trade marketing programs in sales channel to create impulse sales in Khorezm and Karakalpakstan;
- go on business trips to conduct market research and individual events.
- generate orders for promotional materials at the traditional sales channel level.
- monitor delivery dates, provide information on the status of arrivals, and recommend placement of promotional materials.
- control the timeliness and correctness of the use of marketing materials and write-off of irrelevant marketing materials in the modern sales channel.
- analyze data in FIT and Voyage programs daily.
- generalization and systematization of marketing evaluations in the regions, various marketing information, their presentation in the established formats.
- development of measures to produce promotional products and services that find the greatest demand and sales market.
- control the execution of measures of the marketing plan and individual measures in the traditional channel.
- ensure competitiveness of products and services in the modern channel.
- form necessary daily/weekly/monthly reports on the results of work on the modern channel.
- complete and provide department managers with a weekly report on the branding of modern channel outlets, indicating customer codes and addresses, executing vendors, cost of work performed, deadlines and order statuses, etc.
- evaluate outlet opportunities in each channel in terms of improving and increasing consumer engagement, to strengthen the position in the NARTD market.
- cross-functional collaboration with key customers to develop collaborative ideas, planning, budgeting and activating the sales outlet.
- continuous innovation to build brand strength in the market and maintain leadership position among other FMCG companies and leverage brand expertise to activate channels.
- implement shopper marketing / IMC best practices through training from resources as well as experiences from other countries;
- manage the execution of all promotions and BTL plans and monitor program execution and results.
- participate in joint business planning with key accounts and sales team to improve channel performance.
- participate and supervise with the sales department in the signing of contracts with key clients, as well as supervise on payments for the execution of joint programs, support the sales department for better performance.
- ensure effective management of channel programs.
- implement scorecards for Shopper Marketing programs to ensure a positive ROI.
- mobilize and manage resources (agencies/vendors) to execute channel programs.
- monitor budget and target ROI through volume growth, DME Tracking through SAP and aligning with accounts to identify any variances.
Qualifications:
Education: Higher education / Bachelor Degree (marketing, economics, management)
Experience: At least 1 year in the field of marketing
Knowledge and skills:
- Rules and regulations of health, safety, industrial hygiene, fire safety and environmental protection
- Negotiation skills
- Presentation skills
Computer skills: Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Power Point, Internet, Outlook
Language skills: English (Intermediate and upper), Russian (Intermediate)
Additional requirements: Driver license of category B.
