Trade Marketing Senior Manager

Location: Panama City

Shape how millions of people across Latin America experience our products at the pharmacy counter. Based in Panama and leading regionally, you will define the trade marketing playbook that turns pharmacies into powerful partners to support patients through their weight management journey

Your new role

This is a high-impact regional role where you will set the strategic direction for trade marketing across LATAM (excluding Mexico and Brazil). You will look at the pharmacy channel as a true 360° ecosystem – from commercial conditions to in-store visibility, activation and pharmacy education.

- Design and lead the regional trade marketing strategy,

- Provide functional leadership to Trade Marketing Managers across countries – with affiliate counterparts reporting into Marketing and cluster counterparts into Commercial

- Create materials, guidance and toolkits that empower affiliates to deliver consistent visibility, activation and pharmacy training at PoS

- Develop training for pharmacy personnel through structured programs that elevate the customer and patient experience

- Define KPIs, manage the regional trade activities budget and analyse market and competitor dynamics to continuously refine the approach

- Shape commercial conditions for pharmacies (Gross-to-Net) and revenue growth through pricing and negotiation frameworks tailored to each customer type

- Define what to negotiate with each pharmacy partner, bringing a sharp strategic perspective to commercial relationships across the region

Your new department

You will join the Marketing department focusing on GLP-1 and weight management as a regional leader based in Panama, covering LATAM (excluding Mexico and Brazil). It is a collaborative, fast-moving environment where you will partner closely with affiliates, clusters, commercial, pricing, compliance and marketing teams to expand our impact across the pharmacy channel.

Your skills & qualifications

We are looking for a senior trade marketing leader who thrives in regional, cross-cultural environments and brings a true 360° view of the pharmacy channel.

- Completed university degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field (mandatory requirement)

- 7+ years of experience in trade marketing, with proven expertise across pharmacies, PoS and chains; experience in FMCG/mass consumption is highly valued

- Solid experience developing commercial conditions and Gross-to-Net frameworks

- Track record in regional roles, with the seniority and stakeholder management skills needed to engage confidently with affiliates, General Managers and Regional Executive Management

- Strategic mindset with strong negotiation, analytical and functional leadership capabilities to guide Trade Marketing Managers across multiple countries

- Advanced level of English is required; Spanish is a strong plus
