All about the role:
The Electrolux Group’s Sales teams have a holistic approach when doing business with our customers, exploring and leverage consumer journeys with focus on in-store and e-commerce conversion. Through a fast-paced and consumer-oriented approach, our Sales teams enable Electrolux to reach even better results, creating value consistently along the way to deliver outstanding experiences.
What you’ll do:
As Trade Marketing Manager – LATAM COE, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through excellence in point-of-sale execution and promotional strategies, transforming Trade Marketing into a true sell-out growth engine. You will ensure consistency, high-quality execution at the point of sale, and the scalability of best practices across Latin America.
In detail, you will:
- Standardize point-of-sale execution across physical and digital channels;
- Ensure consistency in communication and consumer experience;
- Scale playbooks and best practices across the region;
- Promote data-driven decision-making based on sell-out, shopper, and execution insights;
- Define Trade Marketing concepts and activities, shaping the shopper experience at the point of sale;
- Own the definition and auditing of the Perfect Store concept, ensuring methodology, applicability, and impact assessment;
- Develop shopper intelligence and insights to enhance customer experience and consumer engagement;
- Lead innovation initiatives at the point of sale, focused on growth and brand strengthening;
- Conduct Trade Marketing audits and ensure effectiveness of initiatives, including resource allocation and promotional performance;
- Lead strategic growth projects;
- Define and influence the annual commercial calendar in collaboration with Sales, Category, and Marketing teams.
As part of the culture of continuous improvement, you will be involved in Lean Thinking projects and activities (EMS/EAI).
Who you are:
You have:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, Technology, Communications, or related fields;
- Experience in leadership positions within Trade Marketing and the manufacturing industry;
- Experience supporting decision-making processes for senior executives;
- Experience working within a matrix organizational structure;
- Strong stakeholder management skills;
- Experience managing multiple product categories;
- Advanced/Fluent English and Spanish;
- Experience with small domestic appliances or consumer goods categories will be considered a plus;
- Availability for travel.

You will be based at the São Paulo office, the center of Electrolux Sales and Marketing operations in Brazil and the workplace of collaborators who are driven by the creation of value along the steps of the Consumer Journey.
