The Trade Marketing Manager – Keno is responsible for turning brand, product and channel priorities into impactful trade strategies that drive venue engagement, execution and performance. This role leads the delivery of trade marketing across communications, promotions, events, research and in-venue standards, ensuring alignment to business priorities and strong partner outcomes.
Working closely with internal teams, suppliers and venue partners, you’ll manage and optimise trade programs and assets—including EDMs, Keno Connect content, local area marketing, trade publications, expos, consumables and venue research—ensuring they are compliant, high quality and operationally effective.
What you’ll do
Translate brand, product and channel priorities into effective trade-facing plans that drive venue engagement, execution excellence and commercial performance
Build strong relationships with venue stakeholders to enhance engagement and in-venue execution
Manage trade content across Keno Connect, ensuring marketing assets are current, accessible and effective
Lead Local Area Marketing (LAM) initiatives, coordinating toolkits, prizing, artwork and compliance requirements
Support content delivery of engaging trade communications, including weekly emails and fortnightly EDMs aligned to Keno priorities
Support in-venue research, category reviews and customer experience initiatives to improve performance
Coordinate trade marketing activity for events, expos and venue activations, including merchandise and logistics
Manage suppliers and inventory (e.g. consumables, Orderware, BDM boot stock) to maintain service levels
