A day in the life:

As a Trade Marketing Manager at Monster, you'll electrify our trade marketing and consumer activation initiatives across the dynamic Asia region. You'll supercharge promotional and trade programs, ensuring they align with our legendary brand standards while expertly navigating any potential risks.

The impact you’ll make:

  • Process owner for all trade marketing-related processes, including promotions, sampling activations, trade executions, premiums and apparel, and ensure smooth and on-time execution by local marketing teams.
  • Review and analyze local promotions and trade programs to deliver on business objectives, meet brand standards and relevance to local consumer, identify key supports and approvals required to deliver programs successfully.
  • Conduct due diligence to identify and address any potential risks associated with the local marketing program, while collaborating with leadership to ensure full endorsement of programs by the relevant cross-functional teams.
  • Independent in developing, managing, and maintaining detailed project schedules, defining milestones, and tracking progress to meet deadlines.
  • Work closely with the Asia Marketing Operations team to assess program statuses, identify and address gaps in the workflow with HQ and recommend improvements to ensure higher effectiveness of workflow.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of both trade and consumer needs, and leverage strong project‑management capabilities with a high sense of ownership to meet all deadlines. Prepare required POSMs and premiums for key business channels—including CVS, SM, Vending, and EC—and execute approximately 50 in‑store campaigns annually with flawless delivery.
  • Act as the brand gatekeeper by fully adhering to brand guidelines and executing consumer‑appealing brand activations that align with business requirements.
  • Serve as the central liaison for internal and external stakeholders, providing solutions and ideas that ensure risk‑free execution of all initiatives. (A sound understanding of local regulations, including the Act against Unjustifiable Premiums and Misleading Representations, is required.)
  • Exhibit strong project‑management capabilities and leadership by independently designing and driving initiatives in a hands‑on and proactive manner.
  • Demonstrate effective communication and problem‑solving skills to enable smooth collaboration within the APAC region.

Who you are:

  • Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related field.
  • Additional Experience Desired: Between 3-5 years of experience in marketing, trade, sales management, Consumer packaged goods (CPG).
  • Additional Experience Desired: Between 1-3 years of experience in marketing business planning, revenue management leadership.
  • Computer Skills Desired: Advanced user Microsoft office -- PowerPoint, Words, Excel.
