B Corp certified haircare brand Maria Nila is now expanding the marketing team with a Trade Marketing Manager that will focus on building Maria Nila in the salon spaces across Europe, Middle East and APAC. Maria Nila is one of the world’s fastest growing hair care brands with lots of potential and opportunities on the global market. You will get the chance to influence and make a big difference within the company and in the beauty industry overall, as Maria Nila is on a journey to become leading within sustainable beauty.

As a Trade Marketing Manager for our export markets, you’ll be a key player in the marketing team at our headquarters in Stockholm, working both strategically and operationally to optimize Maria Nila’s performance worldwide.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:

· In charge of developing and executing customer centric marketing plans and activations to grow our brand and sales, primarily in professional channels through distributors in Europe

· Be a key player in driving profitable business growth and building brand loyalty for distributors and salons through various marketing implementations.

· Support salons and distributors with sales driving marketing material, initiatives and digital assets.

· Work closely with the teams from sales, education and brand studio to excel in the professional segment.

· Support channel owners and partners with specific salon marketing day-to-day requests in promoting brand awareness and exposure on digital channels

· Work closely with Marketing team to strategize on unique ways to message position and bring a product story or launch to life in salon.

· Create the most attractive brand in the beauty industry, with 100% vegan and carbon neutral products made in Sweden.

MARIA NILA IS LOOKING FOR THE ONE WITH:

· A Master or bachelor’s degree in Retail Management, Economics, Marketing or similar

· +4 years of experience in a similar roll within marketing, working with Trade Marketing, Brand Management or a similar role.

· A commercial mindset and ability to manage multiple relationships and cross functional partners simultaneously.

· Excellent planning, communication and presentation skills.

· Native Swedish speaker with strong communication skills in English, writing and speaking fluently

· A big interest and understanding for the beauty industry, experience is a plus.

· A proactive mindset with focus on growth and business development for Maria Nila.

THE PERSONALITY THAT JOINS THE TEAM SHOULD BE:

· Structured with strong analytic skills. Organizing, prioritizing and planning realistically is key.

· Mature, determined and trustworthy. Maria Nila is looking for someone that is down-to-earth and confident in negotiations and decision-making.

· Charismatic with a high social competence. You should be good at building new relationships and maintaining these with distributors, retailers and customers.

OTHER:

· Full-time position with a 6-month probationary employment.

· EU based. Our HQ office is located at Östermalmsgatan 19 in Stockholm.
