Where we need you

The Trade Marketing team plays a key role in translating our brand strategy into commercial success across the Greek market. As our Trade Marketing Manager, you will lead the development and execution of trade and shopper marketing strategies that strengthen our market position, accelerate sustainable growth, and create exceptional in-store experiences for our consumers.

This is a senior leadership role with significant commercial impact. You'll collaborate with local, European, and Group teams, influence strategic business decisions, lead a high-performing team, and ensure flawless execution across customers and channels.

Your core responsibilities at a glance

• Develop and execute the Trade & Shopper Marketing strategy aligned with business objectives, driving sustainable sales growth, market share expansion, brand visibility, and commercial excellence.
• Translate brand and category strategies into effective channel plans, including assortment optimization, merchandising standards, promotional strategies, category initiatives, and shopper activation programs.
• Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Key Account teams to successfully execute commercial priorities and customer growth plans.
• Drive Revenue Growth Management (RGM) initiatives through pricing, promotion effectiveness, assortment optimization, channel profitability, and investment efficiency.
• Lead customer-specific trade plans and joint business initiatives using shopper insights, market intelligence, and performance analytics to unlock growth opportunities.
• Establish, monitor, and optimize Trade Marketing KPIs, ROI, and execution standards to ensure continuous improvement.
• Manage the Trade Marketing budget, maximizing the effectiveness of investments across customers, channels, activations, POS materials, and commercial initiatives.
• Lead the development of shopper activation programs, merchandising solutions, POS materials, and in-store excellence initiatives.
• Manage external agencies, suppliers, and partners to deliver innovative and cost-effective commercial solutions.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Trade Marketing team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and a high-performance culture.
• Share market, shopper, and competitive insights across the organization to support innovation and sustainable business growth.

The ideal recipe for our new Trade Marketing Manager

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Shopper Marketing, Category Management, Commercial Marketing, or Sales Operations within the FMCG food industry.
• Proven experience across multiple sales channels (Modern Trade, Traditional Trade and other relevant channels) is essential.
• Strong expertise in category management, shopper marketing, merchandising, promotional planning, and Revenue Growth Management (RGM).
• Experience leading cross-functional projects with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams.
• Strong commercial acumen with excellent analytical, budgeting, project management, and ROI evaluation skills.
• Proven people leadership experience with the ability to coach, develop, and inspire high-performing teams.
• Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience working with Nielsen data, SAP, and planogram development tools will be considered a strong advantage.
• Experience working in multinational FMCG organizations will be considered an advantage.
• Experience with BI and analytics tools is an advantage.
• Fluent in Greek and English.
• Willingness to travel within Greece and internationally as required.
