Kraft Heinz is looking Trade Marketing Manager is a strategic and operational leader responsible for bridging the gap between Brand Strategy and Sales Execution. This role requires expertise in Route-to-Market (RTM) design and Revenue Growth Management (RGM) to maximize investment efficiency, optimize commercial terms, and design effective channel strategies across Traditional Trade networks in Egypt. The ideal candidate will move beyond traditional visibility execution, using data analytics to drive strategic pricing, mix optimization, and trade spend productivity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Revenue Growth Management (RGM) & Commercial Analytics
  • Own the RGM agenda for the Egypt market from a commercial standpoint, focusing on key pillars including pricing strategy, promo optimization, commercial terms, and pack/portfolio mix.
  • Analyze trade promotion effectiveness through ROI analysis to shift spending away from low-performing discounts toward high-yield commercial activations.
  • Monitor market pricing dynamics and elasticity to recommend optimized consumer pricing and margin structures for both distributors and retailers.
  • Drive portfolios mix optimization, ensuring high-margin Stock Keeping Units (SKUs) are prioritized across relevant channels.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to design, evaluate, and refine the country’s RTM frameworks to expand numeric and weighted distribution.
  • Develop channel-specific Picture of Success (PicS) standards, defining exactly what strong execution looks like on shelf across each Traditional Trade channel.
  • Design and deploy distributor capability programs and incentive frameworks that align partner behavior with Kraft Heinz volume and value targets.
  • Translate category and brand strategies into highly actionable, channel-specific trade marketing plans.
  • Build and activate loyalty programs across top wholesalers on a quarterly and annual basis, and measure and analyze results post-implementation.
  • Allocate and manage the Trade Marketing budget with strict accountability, ensuring data-driven allocation across channels.
  • Lead the development of impactful Point of Sale Materials (POSM) and category management initiatives that improve shopper conversion at shelf.
  • Establish, monitor, and enforce commercial execution KPIs, including share of shelf, planogram compliance, and secondary placement targets.
  • Implement rigorous tracking systems to reduce Out-of-Stock (OOS) occurrences during key promotional windows.
  • Act as the core commercial pivot point, aligning Brand Marketing, Sales Execution, Finance, and Demand Planning.
  • Provide strong input into the S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) process by translating trade calendars into accurate volume forecasts.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 6–8 years of commercial experience within the FMCG sector, including at least 3 years focused on Trade Marketing, Category Management, or Revenue Growth Management (RGM).
  • Proven hands-on experience in mapping or restructuring Route-to-Market (RTM) frameworks and executing formal RGM frameworks, including pricing, promo ROI, and trade spend efficiency.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Marketing, or another highly analytical field. Advanced certifications in commercial analytics or an MBA are highly valued.

Skills

  • Strong financial acumen, with a deep understanding of P&L mechanics, value chains, and margin calculations.
  • Advanced analytical skills, including expert proficiency in Excel and data tools, with experience interpreting Nielsen, GFK, or retailer data.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence cross-functional teams across Sales, Marketing, and Finance.
  • An analytical thinker with an execution-oriented, high-ownership mindset who is comfortable challenging the status quo with data.
